The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, represented by the Digital Entrepreneurship Center “CODE,” has launched the Dhaman PropTech Challenge — one of the tracks of the Roshn Hackathon. The challenge focuses on empowering real estate technology startups that have moved beyond the idea and prototype stages, with the goal of supporting their expansion and growth, developing their products, and enhancing their readiness for partnerships and investment opportunities.
The challenge includes more than 50 training programs and mentorship sessions, alongside over 70 digital incentives, with the participation of more than 30 startups. At the conclusion of the program, three winning projects will be selected and honored during the closing ceremony.
The Dhaman PropTech Challenge features three main tracks:
-
Digital Real Estate Platforms, focused on developing innovative solutions for sales, leasing, and property management through integrated platforms.
-
Real Estate Data and Analytics, dedicated to data-driven solutions for pricing, forecasting, improving investment decisions, and increasing market efficiency.
-
AI for PropTech, which supports the development of AI-based solutions for smart asset management, automation, and enhanced customer experiences.
The Ministry announced that registration for the challenge is now open through the CODE Center platform: https://code.mcit.gov.sa/ar/bootcamp/PropTech-Challenge.
