This series is characterized by its organized and effective stages, starting with the registration phase, where participants can submit their projects and ideas. This is followed by the sorting stage, where applications are evaluated and the most distinguished ones are chosen for the next stage. After the participating teams are selected, comes the acceptance phase in the competition. Then, virtual workshops are held, which are an excellent opportunity for participants to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge before starting the actual challenge. Finally, the competition moves to its decisive stage, the on-site competition, which lasts for two consecutive days. During this stage, participants showcase their creations and compete to prove their merit in front of the judging panel.

MCIT seeking to enrich and build the sector of video gaming development, and it launched the program Expert Game Developers in partnership with University of Southern California. The main objective of this program to qualify mentors from different entities to train college entrepreneur in the game development studio in cooperation with the best university for video games. At the end of this program, mentor will train as many college entrepreneurs in the gaming industry

It aims to form a community of emerging innovative companies by identifying technical project ideas and turning them into reality, where training programs and interactive workshops are provided among the participants

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies (MCIT) is partnering with Techstars, the most active pre-seed investor in the world with a worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed, and the Saudi National Bank (SNB) to foster innovative tech ecosystems in two promising regions of The Kingdom: Jeddah and Al Ahsa. Two Founder Catalyst pre-accelerator programs will be based in Jeddah and Al Ahsa and delivered in hybrid form, with the objective to support the growth of local and international startups and foster entrepreneurship in the extended Eastern and Western Provinces of The Kingdom. The two programs will be supporting 50+ startups in various fields, with a special focus on media tech startups.

The main objective of this program is to qualify entrepreneurs in the best local studio to be able to start up their own video gaming studio.

The challenge contains a number of stages that prepare the entrepreneur from presenting his presentation at the closing ceremony to the jury for a chance to win the challenge prizes.
