The Digital Entrepreneurship Center “CODE,” affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, concluded the Saudi Game Champions program with a closing ceremony celebrating nine months of continuous development and innovation. The program aimed to empower digital talent and support the growth of aspiring Saudi game studios.
The journey of the program began with the Game Jam event, followed by the incubation and acceleration phases, culminating in a closing ceremony that celebrated the achievements and creativity of the participating national talents.
The program focused on enhancing the capabilities of Saudi game developers and preparing them to enter the gaming market with professionalism and quality through intensive training and mentorship phases. The program featured over 180 hours of training workshops and more than 1,500 hours of mentorship and guidance, with the participation of 25 Saudi game studios.
During the closing ceremony, several outstanding studios and developers were recognized. Hussain Al-Safwan from Limeless Studio won the “Bold Change” Award, Fahad Al-Jumaan from Hero Galaxy Studio received the “Most Inspiring” Award, and Mustafa Fares from SYMMETRIC STUDIO earned the “Most Creative” Award, while the Audience Choice Award went to Ali Asiri from the same studio.
