The Tech Founders Program is a development pathway aimed at empowering founders of entrepreneurial companies to develop and scale their technology startups by enhancing entrepreneurial and investment skills, benefiting from specialized local and international expertise in developing new products and services, and strengthening access to the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem locally and globally. The program focuses on supporting growth, accelerating expansion, and preparing companies to transition to more mature and sustainable stages.
Program Stages
The program consists of three interconnected stages:
- Local Training Bootcamps (Remote): To increase readiness and build foundations that support growth.
- International Incubation Stage: To gain global expertise and explore opportunities for international expansion.
- Digital Enablers Stage: To support continuous development and enhance growth through digital tools and solutions.
An intensive virtual one-week program focused on building key skills. It includes workshops on startup development, raising capital, and team building, with topics tailored to the startup's stage, along with pitch practice to refine ideas
Stage aims to accelerate startup growth through a 6-week learning and practical program in collaboration with top universities and incubators. Participants gain exposure to a diverse ecosystem, attend leading tech events worldwide, and connect with international investors
Focuses on providing ongoing support to startups, offering virtual services such as mentorship, consulting, and marketing, financial, and legal support. This phase helps startups continue their growth, meet their targets

The first phase of the program will be a (virtual) bootcamp for one week, while the second phase of the program (international incubation) requires in-person attendance of the founder or one of the co-founders at one international destination per patch
Participation is free, but full commitment throughout the program is required

Yes, attendance is mandatory as a key nomination criterion to the next phase. The (virtual) bootcamp is a one-week intensive program, consisting of four days of workshops, and the final day is dedicated to pitch/demo Day.
