The Digital Entrepreneurship Center (CODE), affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, concluded the final ceremony of the Dhaman PropTech Challenge, one of the tracks of the Roshn Hackathon, in partnership with Roshn Group, the General Authority for Real Estate, and Dhaman Projects Company.
The challenge began with specialized training stages, culminating in the recognition of the winning projects for their technological innovation in the real estate sector.
The challenge ran digitally over approximately three months, from October 29 to November 20, 2025, and included an educational and developmental journey consisting of registration, business model preparation, a training bootcamp, technical support, presentation day, and the final ceremony.
The challenge aims to empower Saudi teams specialized in real estate technology to develop innovative digital solutions that enhance property management efficiency, improve user experience, and support digital transformation in this vital sector.
Several teams from different regions of the Kingdom participated in the challenge. Intensive workshops and specialized mentoring sessions were organized to support real estate tech projects and develop their prototypes.
During the competition days, participating teams showcased innovative digital real estate solutions, ranging from property data analysis platforms and asset management systems to AI-powered applications for real estate valuation and marketing.
The challenge concluded with the recognition of the top three winning teams, who received a total of SAR 300,000 in prizes, provided by Dhaman Projects Company.
The Dhaman PropTech Challenge represents a strategic initiative by CODD aimed at stimulating technological innovation in the real estate sector and enhancing the capabilities of national talents in this field, contributing to supporting the digital economy and promoting growth opportunities in the Kingdom’s promising sectors.
